OuiSi Photo Cards "Visually Connect" based on shared patterns, shapes and colors. It's accessible yet fun and challenging for kids (4+) and adults alike.
Each Photo Card has 10-20 matches, meaning thousands of Visual Connections in a box. Sometimes patients "get it" right away, and sometimes it helps to demonstrate play by showing them different examples of matches.

When you have the hang of Visual Connections, choose one of the 12 games and activities from the Guidebook. The fastest way to get going is to play OuiSinoes, a simple yet engaging (and visual) take on dominoes. Players can take turms making connections, or the process can be collaborative. Play can be adapted to the needs of players.

Can OuiSi be adapted for patients with different abilities?
Absolutely! OuiSi’s gameplay is flexible and can be adjusted to meet the needs of patients with varying motor or cognitive abilities. It can be as simple as observing the photos and guessing "what" something is, or you can get into more stimulating games like OuiSinoes. The Guidebook is full of ideas for meeting the needs of patients.
Which version should I get?
All sets are playable standalone, or they can be combined.

No problem. Play isn't dependent on any particular card, so you can lose or damage some and the set is still 100% usable.

OPTOMETRISTS: Admittedly, we never saw this one coming (pun intended)! OuiSi games, with their visually stimulating photo cards, offer a valuable tool for vision therapy. For optometrists, OuiSi provides a playful yet effective method to engage patients in exercises that improve visual perception and cognitive skills, making therapy more interactive and enjoyable.
FACILITATORS: Sometimes a room full of adults can be a bit stiff. But OuiSi can break the ice with some bite-sized creative sharing. When teammates can share and be curious about basic creative ideas, it builds a rapport for greater collaboration.
What ages, and how many players?
Ages: when we say "made for ages 4 to 104," we mean it. Visual Connections tap into a unique and innate human intelligence. We don't get better at Visual Connections as we age...in fact, don't be surprised if the kids at the game table see connections that the adults don't.
Number of Players: OuiSi is VERY flexible in this way. It's enjoyable solo. It's a terrific for just two players. But you can also enjoy in larger groups, from 2 to 12. In fact, we know of groups as large as 25 who have used just one set (though we generally recommend the combo of OuiSi Original and OuiSi Nature for groups larger than 10).
