Wonderful game/ activity for seniors!!! We love it and also share with the grandkids. They love it too❤️
Beth S.
Purchased as a gift. Have not given it.
Carolyn H.
It’s a gift that I haven’t given yet but I really like the concept and look forward to playing. I do wish the photos were bigger.
Kathleen A.
I am giving it 5 stars based on the concept. I actually ordered 2 for birthdays in July. So I won’t actually know until then.
Lisa R.
I’m a fifth grade teacher. There are so many uses for this game. The kids love it too!
Dianne B.
We love the Ouisi game and it is a wonderful addition to our Store assortment. Thank you very much for such a wonderful product. We will continue with orders. Our very Best Wishes,
Dianne

We have young grandkids and thought this would be a fun thing to do with them. We haven't had the chance to play it with them but my husband and I have enjoyed it. I can see that it will be fun for the school aged grandkids too. Lots of interesting conversation around why two cards are a match and just 'room' for talking and connecting that we need and enjoy.
Alina A.
Amazing idea! Loved the game! I have played it with my 3rd grade students during our Art class
Laura R.
Got the game shortly ago. I love all the alternative ways to play with these cards. As a photographer, I am fascinated by the images. I think of this as image Dominoes. It’s a thoughtful game that every person in the family can play.
Whoever came up with this concept should be applauded!
I plan on buying a second set of the museum cars as well.
Sherry R.
bought this to play with grandchildren ages 8, 6, and 5. They loved making interesting connections with the photo cards and the great thing about it is it took competitiveness out of the game. Highly recommend.
Taylor J.
We absolutely love this game! The moment it arrived we broke it open and our therapists played a few of the different games. Since then we use it almost every day with our patients to challenge their critical thinking, visualization and language skills. We have even recommended this game to parents to buy for at home! We may have to buy the other version we love it so much.
Xenia M.
So visual!! Easy to play…so much fun!
Joan R.
It is true that it can be played with almost any age. My almost 4 year old grandson wants me to bring it along when I go visit him!
Regina J.
I teach a remedial reading group. At times they just start guessing at the sounds. However, as a bridge, I had them look at the letters, say the sound, and the letter along with how are they different/how are they the same. I thought the issue might be visual acuity. Finally, the small group played the game. One group was 2 and the other was 3. They looked for similar colors, shapes, patterns, and purpose or use. One kid went looking for all the cards with green and then dumped a pile in front of me. I even used the QR code to answer a question.
Kristin F.
I am an elementary librarian and bought OuiSi for school. The cards are durable and colorful. The open ended nature of the game allows students to feel confident and successful while playing. Students who speak different languages are able to play with each other, explore the images and interact with few words.
Katherine D.
We had a three person game on Mother’s Day. It was the first time we played it. We played the competitive game and really enjoyed it. We dug out an old set of poker chips for markers and for keeping score. We found that some preferred color matches and some design matches.
Rosemary C.
Like the refined optics in photos with similar patterns. Forces the viewer to really focus to fond the pattern. Can be frustrating but mostly challenging!
Meave S.
we love playing with it but have some difficulty figuring out the play
Carolyn D.
Directions seemed confusing. I was looking for something a 10 and 12 yr. old could play with grandparents. I couldn't keep them interested in it very long.
Nicole B.
The pictures are beautiful and we have a great time playing with our youngest and oldest members of the family. The game has sparked some very conversations with the whole family.
Julie K.
love this game! i have the original version and love it so much that I came back to purchase the other two versions. I brought this to work and have played it during lunch and coffee breaks with co-workers who were new to the agency. it's a good ice breaker and opens up communication. great for making connections. this resulted in putting in another order with 4 co-workers wanting to purchase the game. my friends 7 yr old daughter loves the game and plays it by herself whenever she can't find people to play with her. great game. great as a gift. perfect for all ages!
Denise L.
My husband and I love playing Ouisi with our two grandkids (11 and 7). We all enjoy the comments about similarities and visual connections that are expressed during the play. Unique game with interesting photos that spark a lot of conversation and fun!
Ulrike C.
Please don't send me emails even though I explicitly did NOT sign up for them. :/
Marguerite M.
I bought this game to use at summer school so I have not had the opportunity to try it with students. However, the picture cards are beautifuland I can see many ways to use it in the classroom. I teach ESL to young, foreign students who come to Hawaii (summer school) to learn English.
Sara L.
Lots of fun for whole family to play together
Lois W.
I thought the cards would be sturdier with more vivid photos. Game is good for young ones to look for similarities in objects.
Mary M.
I love the spontaneity and variations of play- I purchased them as gifts at the same time I bought mine- and have heard nothing but happy reviews and thanks! This is brilliant and beautiful. Thank you!
Julia H.
Have only played it with my 5 year-old grandson. He loved it and was very creative in making connections between the cards. Looking forward to playing it with his older siblings.
Devlin B.
It’s really cool! Christmas morning we slowly went through each card and laid them out all over the floor and later tried to match some of our old Polaroid pictures with the images. Good times!
Mary S.
Got is as an Easter gift for my granddaughter and we spent hours matching, comparing, laughing and talking. It was such an easy way to play that didn't involve any drama, everybody won!
Stella B.
Played this with my 6 and 8 year old nieces...it was WONDERFUL!
John M.
My 5 year old daughter loves her OuiSi and has been showing it to all her friends when they come over to the house!
She really enjoys thinking through how different images are related to each other and you can see that it allows for more creativity than a traditional matching game
Joe S.
Was bought to be gifted, and not yet given.
No doubt it will be liked and enjoyed.
BobbiJo S.
We have a 3 and a 5 year old great grandsons who spend a lot of time with us. They are both highly intelligent although the 5 year old has ADD and the 3 year old is on the autistic spectrum. At first worried about whether they could understand and thought I would have to wait until they were older. I was wrong, they had so much fun. We just played "what looks like this"? And played several times over the weekend. ( I also bought one for my 14, 5 and 7 great grandchildren and have mailed it to them) thank you so much for such a fun game.
KATHERINE C.
I was suprised how much my 7&9 yr old grandaughters loved this game, They kept asking to play it over and over again. It was great to spend time with them in a non competative activity where everyone could express their ideas in a no judgement zone...
I think it brought us all a little closer to each other.
Florence M.
I received Ouisi from a friend whose granddaughter had received it. Since then, I have ordered three for family presents. What I love is how win-win the game is as it focused on perceiving and matching images. It also can include players of multiple ages.
The creative effort of many photographers who participated in the development of this game, is also stunning.
It is a sure win-win!!!
Chrisana T.
This is awesome. I play this game with my aging mother whom I care for and we really get some engaging sessions. Thank You!
Tyler G.
We are using it at our Middle School as part of our SEL overhaul of our advisory program as part of check ins with our advisees.
Dee J.
The cards are beautiful. We enjoyed trying to play the games, but we all thought there could be more structure in the directions.
Susan B.
This is an amazing game That apparently was designed for dementia patients and challenged children, But now it bridges many other things. It gets you to talk to your children about their thoughts and it encouraged creativity and conversation with beautiful photographs. This is a great distraction to stay off the cell phones.
I have just started to scratch the surface. The booklet is a little hard to understand but there are some videos that help. It is clear that a lot of thought went into this.
John James H.
I shared the discount code with the other camps, so hopefully, they will go back to tehir supervisors and order this for the summer.
Hi,
I presented your game at the American Camp Association Tri-State Camp Conference in Atlantic City on March 16 as part of my session "Creative Activities That Foster a Culture of Inclusion." I presented it as an icebreaker. The cards help you to learn new ways to make connections with people, and once engaged, conversations can continue to see what 3 additional things the "connectors" have in common. Everyone seemed to be pleased with the many uses. I am going to pitch the game to various counselors at our camp: using the cards to generate choreography for our dance program, to generate stories for our film program, for mindfulness (to help campers and counselors with anxiety), to our art counselors to generate Art, and who knows what other one uses we may discover. I plan on filming and photographing your game in action and sharing what we came up with! x John James Hickey (JJ)
Julia B.
I'm sorry to say that we purchased Ouisi for out grandchildren's visit, but we never played it. Another set of grandchildren are coming in a few weeks and I will try it out with them.
Jennifer M.
Both purchases were gifts.
Maria F.
Fun creative game! Relaxing AND enlivening
Nola F.
This was my third order. Thanks
Mark P.
Played it once with my family. We started with just matching the pictures by a similar characteristic (looks like a foot, made of metal, flower, etc) but then it just naturally jumped into making a one sentence story with the matching of the two pictures. Kids got very creative and funny without any direction to do so! I think this game will be a big hit in Japan with my English students.
Shepherd P.
This is a beautifully made game good for a variety of ages. Our grandchildren will enjoy it for years. Thank you.
Christine O.
Played once with friends and donated to my sister-in-law who uses it for various activities in the assisted living facility she works in.
Melanie P.
The photos are high quality and cards are sturdy.
I've only "played" solo so far. Looking forward to playing with others if I can rope some in.
It is quite meditative and satisfying to make visual connections.
I love some of the close-up pictures, where you can hardly tell what it is at first. There are quite a few of what my college drawing instructor called "poetic moments."
I also bought the other 2 versions, but I'll get familiar with this one before I open another one.
Bonnie J.
Honestly, we're not really sure what to do with it. The colors and photos are beautiful, but, how do you actually play?
Rosemary C.
My name is Theresa. I ordered your game for my 85 year old mother, Rosemary, who lives in a senior citizen center in Tennessee. Most of the games they try to play are too confusing and have too many rules for the residents. This is what my mother says about your game:
Basic play works better. It is a creative game and helps everyone to use their creativity. They come up with many different ideas. Eye spy is the best.
In the photo Rosemary is center with the white scarf.
Rosa T.
We played for hours. Everyone in the family, from 9 to 61 years old had a great time! Thanks for a new and refreshing game that fosters family engagement and creativity.
Rebecca A.
It has been a fun game to play with my grandkids, ages 8 to 11.
Bree M.
Its really great, can't wait to add this to family QT time.
Jurate R.
Entire family enjoys it!!! Age of participant is of no relevance. Good times!!
Nancy M.
I use this to help my elementary groups with executive function. They love deciding how the pictures should go together!
Gay C.
I am a retired special education teacher and I volunteer in a first grade classroom. When I brought OuiSi to play with my small groups, of course the other students noticed right away. Fortunately, it was a freezing cold day, so—inside recess! More kids got to play! I like it because there are so many different ways to use it, there are really no wrong answers, and students of all abilities can play together. Students are being enriched in a variety of ways. Fun!
Michele P.
This is my second set of the original Ousi. I purchased this to use in my art classroom as a creativity and relationship jump starter. My students love it.
Nicole D.
This is a fun way to connect with family around the table and challenge our imaginations.
Katherine D.
great addition to my therapy practice
Leeandra R.
I got this for my 4 year old son, and for my students. Everyone that I have shown this to has enjoyed it!
Daryl U.
Only played a couple of times so far. It took us a minute to get used to the idea and then we caught on. Still have to play with different themes. Thank You
Janet C.
I have been opening the shrink-wrapped packs one at a time. I like looking at the intricate photos one by one. The photos are so engaging.
For a visioning retreat that I helped to lead, I gave each person 5 cards and asked them to choose 2 that they thought had something in common and to share one word describing the commonality. It was a fun way to get our creative juices flowing and to see how people approached the task.
Angela K.
Got for a family gift at Christmas and lots of fun was had! Photos are amazing and loved the QR codes with bonus info!
tom o.
We love the interactions we have while playing. We discuss the plays we make and the other plays that each card could have. So interesting to hear all the ideas.
Brigitte H.
It's a beautiful game. I took it to my grandsons over Christmas but was unable to spend enough time there to get into it with them. They are 4 and 6, so I'm hoping after the rush of the holidays they will want to explore it further.
Thanks for all the work you put into this.
Cindy A.
I played this with my grandson who is 8. We had a great time he wanted to keep playing
Alicia A.
Very creative game and engaged adults and children alike at holiday gatherings
Dawnell G.
I use this in my classroom and the kids LOVE it! Great conversations! The students justify their choice and explain their reasoning. This is an engaging way to provide opportunities to reinforce classroom conversations.
Nan H.
I really love the pictures and the concept. The part that was a fail for me was having too much info to be relatable to the children (between 5-7)
PATRICIA H.
I gave it as a gift but on the premise of the ad, I feel like it has great potential as an educational tool in developing communication and analytic skills.
Matt M.
OuiSi is artfully presented and fun for all ages.
Kayla F.
Wonderful game! Beautiful images.
Mary M.
I gave OUiSi as a Christmas gift to my middle grandchild. I was immediately impressed with the quality and the many ideas for use/playing. I have grandchildren ranging from two to six, so we are just starting our explorations with our first set, but it was an immediate hit with children and adults alike, with discussions about all the possibilities. I will be adding a nature set by request soon!
Monica B.
High quality captured the interest of our grandkids, ages 5-12
Mary D.
MY Grandchildren really enjoy this!
Susan S.
I originally bought this as a gift, but decided to keep it. I still haven't had an occasion to play the game yet, but I look forward to it.
Cassandra M.
We really enjoyed the open ended game playing that changes every time we play. It's fun that it allows for creativity in a way that is always "right".
Jennifer M.
We haven't even explored all the ways to play but several groups of family and friends have played this and all liked it. It is different every time.
Tina S.
I’m a preschool teacher and I’m always looking for ways to expand children’s thinking and understanding of the world around them. As well as build vocabulary and conversation skills. OUISI has been a fun way to build skills. The more children play the more connections they make.
Marla B.
We love it so much! I keep it at our home to play with the Grands - ages 3-24 years old. Quite a span but there is an adaptation for any age.
Unique and they always ask to play❤️
Helene D.
So enjoyed playing OuiSi with our grandchildren. Each family has their own game and so do I.
It is wonderful to have a game that is not competitive, asks you to look and then look some more and forces you to use your imagination.
The quality of the dissected photographs and the subject matter of the photographs allows you to think up many possibilities and make connections whether it is objects found in nature, food, cityscapes, elements of design or nature scenes. One can play, learn and practice visual learning skills! Great game for both young and old!
Tamara W.
Grandkids loved it. Very different.
Charlotte A.
We had so much fun making up the "rules" and changing them as we went along. There were 3 generations of us playing.
JANET B.
I bought this game to play with my 80yr old brother who has Alzheimers.
He is quite impaired at this point but he found the pictures very engaging. With help he gradually started sorting them by color. He doesn't eat much anymore but he always loved food and the pictures of food caught his interest. All on his own he started picking out and making a pile of the food pictures!
We've been doing this for awhile now (several months) and he enjoys Ouisi 4-5 times a week.
He has started seeing some of the pictures that relate by pattern. He has many days where his attention span isn't that great but your game has definitely added interest and engagement to his life. His 6yr old granddaughter likes to help him with it when she comes to visit. Thank you for the beautiful pictures and a wonderful way to connect with my dear brother. Jan Brittan
John and S.
The family loved it! Mom, Dad, and five year old. The Dad doesn’t like board games - but he enjoyed Ouisi!
Nicole E.
Brain challenge for everyone to enjoy.
Gena M.
My 9 yr old grandson grew bored very quickly. The object to the cards is to simply match any detail you see with a similar detail? And then what? Make a pattern with the matching cards? Which would require a large area.
Played once. Spent too much for this experiment. ( didn't open the nature box, perhaps I can return?)
Lindsy M.
We had so much fun playing this game! There’s many ways to play and my children that are 9 and 7 had fun making stories with their tiles. We were laughing at how silly and fun their ideas were and how creative we all had to be to make the connections. It was great! Grandma loved it and loves to play with her kids and grandkids.
Amelia F.
I think it’s wonderful enough that O gifted the game to all my family and some dear friends at the holidays! I even took a copy to the staff gift exchange at work.
Maria H.
We found OuiSi interesting in that in the name of participation and creativity, we didn't play hardball with the connections. We felt this fostered imagination and graciousness. We love it, thank you.
Martha L.
Played our first game today. Kids didn’t want to stop even though it was ‘Taco Tuesday’ dinner time.
Samantha F.
OuiSi is a beautiful, fun and creative game to play. My 5 and 7 year olds love it and it’s so interesting to see how they interpret the different images and the similarities they find. I think it’s perfect for kids and adults alike.
Linda W.
Actually purchased both games, Nature and Original. Gave the Original to my 4 1/2 year old grand daughter at Christmas and we had a great time playing different creative games. Put the Nature version away for the future. Highly recommend!
Jill K.
This was a gift to someone in my family. They said they liked it. I have not played it.
Nan H.
I enthusiastically purchased the game for my family to play during the Christmas holidays when I would have many people, of all ages, here. It was taken out several times but never attracted much attention, even when I tried to stir up the excitement. It is now sitting in the cabinet, having never really been played with.
We will keep bringing it out when the grandkids come and hope, as they get older, there may be some interest.
Greg W.
I purchased OuiSi for my two grandchildren aged six and three at the time. They love them. It's amazing watching them interact with them. Sometimes they play by some of the recommended rules provided by you. More often than not, they make up their own rules. When they can't figure out what the images are, they allow their imaginations to run wild.
The greatest thing is when three generations are playing together. I can't tell who is having the most fun.
virginia A.
Had fun playing with my husband who doesn’t like “playing games”. But he enjoyed this clever, non-taxing version of game playing! G. August
Julie K.
gave 2 as gifts and kept 1 for myself. it was a hit at a recent family event, with a lot of curious minds asking "what is this game?" great for stimulating conversation while playing at the same time.
